Technology has transformed the way we live, work and play. It is undeniably a force for good in the world. However, on a personal level, it can sub-optimize, or even get in the way of us fully living our lives and doing our jobs.
This is the companion post to my keynote address, “Is Your Technology Destroying Your Team’s Productivity”.

Block Time Solely For The Purpose Of Doing Deep Focused Work.
Take Lunch, Take Walks, Take Breaks.
